Even the consultants (AGRA), that conducted the original Dust Study prior to the Westhaven Drive development accepts the fact that there are unknown dust factors and a ‘best guess’ estimate using circa 1996 modelling techniques was applied.
REMEMBER – The Forterra quarry extension is within 20 meters of some properties – this is SCARY!
